Ingredients
          2 fish trout
          1 onion or 1-2 green onions
          1 lemon
          4-6 cloves garlic
          4-6 leaves bay leaf
          2 sprigs rosemary
          salt
          pepper
          olive oil or sunflower oil

          Method
              Free from guts fish sprinkle with salt and pepper on all sides. Chop into crescents, two cloves, and lemon slices. These products are mixed with the remainder, and the prepared filling is divided into two equal parts, which were filled with the abdominal cavity of the fish. Each fish is placed on a large piece foil, sprinkle with oil and a little salt and pepper. Wrap well and bake in a preheated oven at 230 C for 30-40 minutes. Can be served as in fthe oil, garnish optional.

There is no recipe for fish in foil that is good, fish always becomes a mess.
