Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1 egg white
1/2 lemon
40 g butter
vanilla
1/2 cup cherries

Method
In a bowl mix the dry ingredients. The butter was cut into cubes and added. Triturated with a fork. Drain the juice from the lemon and stir vigorously with the milk. Leave a warmer place. In a bowl mix the egg white with a fork. Add to milk. The resulting mixture is added gradually to the flour, mix to. Heat the oven to 180C. The dough is poured into molds for muffins and bake until ready. Cupcakes are removed from the molds and allowed to cool. Cherries are cleared of stones and ground. With a knife cut cones in the middle of cupcakes. Severed acute part and leave the crust. Cupcakes filled with puree and fell forward with the crust. Decorate with whipped cream and fruit. May be used and forms a muffin hole and filled with paste.
