Muffins with ham

Ingredients
300 g ready puff (puff) pastry
200 g mushrooms
1 onion
250 g ham
1 tbsp fresh milk
salt, pepper
1 egg yolk
Method
Mushrooms and onions are cleaned , washed and cut into small pieces. Smothered in fat until tender. After poizstinat, mixed with chopped ham and season with salt and pepper. Puff pastry is cut into triangles. On them shall be distributed stuffing and wrap rolls. Muffins rank in moistened with water pan, coated with egg yolk, beaten with milk and bake in a moderate oven.
