Mushroom skewers with garlic sauce

Ingredients
28 large field mushrooms
2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and pepper
# For the sauce:
5 cloves garlic, pre-baked in an oven
2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup sour cream
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
1 tsp finely chopped fresh thyme
1 tsp grated horseradish
salt, pepper
# spreads mushrooms:
8 tbsp olive oil
handles 1/2 bunch parsley

Method
For the sauce : baked garlic cloves are removed from the husks, Strain is, then add the balsamic vinegar, sour cream, basil, thyme, horseradish and again blend to a smooth puree. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a closed container in the refrigerator. For the kebabs: Wash and clean mushrooms are placed in a bowl, add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well. Strung along the 7 mushrooms on wooden skewers (out of 4 total), sprinkled with olive oil and chopped it stalks of parsley. Bake on the grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve hot with garlic sauce.
