Ingredients
300 g oyster mushrooms
2 green onions
2 potatoes
vermicelli
50-60 g butter
1 tsp flour
1 tsp paprika, black pepper, salt
2-3 tbsp sour milk

Method
Oyster Mushrooms are washed and removed large stump at the base, which is tough. Cut into strips and sauté in the butter for about 10-ish minutes, add successively chopped diced potatoes, green onion, also sliced and saute over low heat. Add the flour and paprika - to pozaparzhat. Make up about 4 cups hot water, about 1 tsp salt or to taste and boil 20 minutes, add a handful of noodles and boil for another 10-ish minutes, finally add fresh chopped parsley and ground black pepper. Before disconnecting, add a few tablespoons of soup thickener broken yogurt.
