All free garlic cut into roughly equally thin pieces (the form does not matter) and put to boil. Once everything is cooked drained of water and leave for a while to cool. In a large bowl beat eggs with milk, salt and spices (to taste) sent down cooked products in the eggs, add the chopped garlic and mix well. In a Teflon pan put a little olive oil as you do not stick, and pour the mixture into the pan, spread the good products with a fork to holes then omelet. Once thickened enough to be able to pay using a plate or flat lid turn to baking and the other end, which becomes much more quickly about 2-3 minutes. * Products in the recipe are approximate, may also be added a little spinach.
