Ingredients
5 eggs
1 liter milk
flour for thickening
500 g chocolate spread
children apricot puree
fruit - strawberries, bananas or other of your choice
1 orange
honey or fruit syrup
almonds or walnuts
Method
In this cake the bases are ordinary pancakes, but thicker. Eggs, milk and flour as a pancake dough are prepared 8-10 thick pancakes. Melted part of the chocolate spread with a little milk or water in a microwave or in a water bath. In a large pan put 1 pancake smeared with chocolate sauce, sprinkle with a little grated banana, strawberries, almonds and so be arranged until the pancakes. The remaining chocolate melts, peeled orange and split so that it becomes like a budding flower. Place it in the center of the cake and pour the chocolate. Allow to stand for 2-3 hours in a refrigerator, and then watered with honey or other fruit syrup.
