Pancake with pumpkin seeds and ham

Ingredients
3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
4 eggs
250 ml milk
120 g flour
100 g ham
bacon diced
fat baking
salt
pepper

Method
Pumpkin seeds are coarsely chopped and roasted in a dry pan. Egg whites are broken down into the snow with a pinch of salt. Yolks mixed with milk, add flour, ham, bacon and seeds. Season with salt and pepper and add the whites. The oil is heated in a large pan. Pour 1/2 of the dough and fry over low heat about 5 minutes, turning and fry the other side. Be chopped into chunks and bake until browned. Similarly Fry and the rest of the dough.
