Pancakes with apples - I type

Ingredients
800 g of apples
6 eggs
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) milk
1 and 1/2 cup (300 g) flour
2 tbsp (20 ml) white wine
3 tbsp (30 g) sugar
salt
sunflower oil
cinnamon
Method
Eggs are broken with some of the milk and flour, add the remaining milk, wine, 1 tbsp (10 g) sugar, pinch of salt, peeled and diced apples and fry thick pancakes in sunflower oil. Sprinkle with remaining sugar, stirred with cinnamon, is folded into quarters and serve.
