Pancakes with yoghurt - II type

Ingredients
1 egg
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sunflower oil
1 and 1/2 cup flour

Method
Mix the egg with yoghurt, which previously dissolved baking soda. Water was added, the salt and the oil. Finally pour sifted flour and stir with a spoon until a smooth mixture. Fry immediately in a Teflon pan without oil.

I used double the amount of products. Ready mix leave at least 30 minutes to stand covered and then fry the pancakes. My only observation is that 1 am. L. Salt is much for the quantity products. Add just a pinch of salt. If finished and gone cold pancakes covered and left the next day remain soft.
