Peas with mushrooms and skinless sausages

Ingredients
400 g frozen or canned peas
250 g mushrooms
3 skinless sausages
3 tomatoes
2 peppers
2 onions
2 carrots
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp paprika
3 tbsp flour
1 cube chicken broth
sunflower oil
salt

Method
Cut mushrooms, carrots, peppers, skinless sausages and fry the onion together in the oil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add red pepper and chopped (or ground) tomatoes. Allow to boil, put chopped garlic and make 1.5 liters of water. Starting to boil pour the peas and put broth. Leave uvri and when almost ready add salt and add the flour - broken in 1 cup of water. Boil a little more to thicken the dish.
