1 kg carrots
1 kg cabbage
1 kg cauliflower
1 kg peppers bell peppers
1 kg green peppers peppers
2 heads of garlic
# For the marinade:
250 g sugar
150 g salt
10 aspirin
600 ml wine vinegar
10 g black pepper
5 bay leaf
All vegetables are cleaned and cut into uniform shapes (I use curly knife). Mix in a large bowl and sprinkle with salt, sugar and crushed aspirin. Thus standing overnight. Drain precipitated juice and boiled with 700 ml water, vinegar, pepper and bay leaf. Marinade must be cold. Fill jars with vegetables and pour in the marinade. This pickle is not sterilize, store in a cool place and for direct consumption. * Can be sterilized for 10 minutes and then increases its durability, but do not put aspirin.

This pickle is not stored in the refrigerator, so put aspirin. Usually, I'm doing it in late. October is edible at least three months. Store is on the terrace, but careful not to freeze.

And how long after making it ready for consumption? Ellie, I'm sorry for the many questions, but I've never pickle and your recipe I like and think to try. Thank you!
