Pickle with roasted green tomatoes

Ingredients
2.5 kg green tomatoes
2.5 kg peppers (red and green)
1.5 kg cauliflower florets
1 kg usually cabbage, sliced ​​
1.5 kg carrots, sliced ​​
1 bunch chervil
# For the syrup:
750 ml vinegar
200 g granulated salt
700 g sugar
1/3 cup sunflower oil
Method
Tomatoes and peppers slightly opukvat - is roasted until almost on strongly heated surface (hot plate or tin) - and cut. Other vegetables also cut. All vegetables are flooded with syrup, just mix well to dissolve everything, but do not boil. Mix. Everything kept for 24 hours, with occasional stirring. Is then filled into jars. Capped and sterilized just 5 minutes of vacuum.

veselinka, peppers are not hot and sweet peppers from. Not not peel because only slightly opukvat and cut so with skin, if in some places poprepecheno you if you only go to Peel.
