Pickled assorted vegetables

Ingredients
200 g of cauliflower
200 g carrots
200 g celery
200 g cucumbers
200 g water onion
salt
500 ml wine vinegar
salt

Method
Vegetables washed, cleaned and cut . Put them in a ceramic bowl, pour 250 ml salted water and kept sandwiching 14 minutes at 600 Deut. Vinegar, 500 ml water and salt are placed in a glass bowl and topped heat 5 minutes. This marinade is poured vegetables. Leave to cool. Suitable for garnish.

salad is nice but I do not use a microwave oven. What else can.

Blaga, you can boil vegetables in the same amount of water, until celery is tender or in the oven and put them, sandwiching, about 40 minutes. Boil your water separately and vinegar and pour the drained vegetables. However - what sense does all marinade, after leaving only cool? Something not understand.
