Pie cheesecake

# For oil dough:
220 g flour
110 g butter
1 yolk
pinch of salt
2 tbsp cold water
# For the filling:
300 g cottage cheese (low-salt)
10 tbsp honey
9 tbsp yogurt
200 ml water
1 lemon
20 g gelatin
2 vanilla
8 tbsp fresh milk
# For decoration:
300 g sweet (of your choice)

Preparation of pad pie: Sift the flour together with the salt and gradually add the butter (at room temperature). The yolk was stirred with cold water (2 tbsp) and added to the mixture, which was kneaded until a smooth dough. The dough wrapped in a plastic foil and allowed to cool in half an hour. Once removed from the refrigerator, the dough is rolled into a round crust, which covers the form of pie with a diameter of 24 cm. Pricked with a fork, cover with baking paper and pressed with balls or baking beans. Baked for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven to 200C and allowed to cool. Making the filling: To the cottage cheese and add sour milk, honey, vanilla, juice and lemon zest. Ingredients beat with mixer until well blended. The gelatin is soaked in 200 ml water until they were swollen, warm water bath and stirred until complete dissolution. Was added to the above mixture. Pour into pie-shaped and smoothed the top. Place in refrigerator to set. Decorate with the sweet.
