Ingredients
          200 g flour
          50 g cornmeal
          5 g of dry yeast
          a pinch of sugar and salt
          3 eggs
          100 ml milk
          100 ml olive oil
          100 g smoked bacon
          50 g green olives
          50 g hazelnuts
          100 g cheese

          Method
              In a bowl mix the flour, yeast, sugar and eggs. Milk is added (at room temperature), olive oil and salt. Mix well.   bacon cut into cubes and fry. Then add to the dough along with the grated cheese, chopped hazelnuts and chopped olives.   Pour in form, greased and sprinkled with cornmeal, mixed with cayenne pepper. Allow to warm for 20 minutes, then baked at 200C degrees, about 40 minutes.
