The pita Trifon

Ingredients
2 eggs + 1 egg yolk spreads
1 level tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp sunflower oil
300 ml water
40 g fresh yeast
1 kg flour
# For decoration:
1/2 tsp salt
100 ml water
300 g flour

Method
Messi firm dough rises and knead again and again rises. Of products for the decoration knead hard dough, rolled in a thin sheet and cut different shapes. The pita is formed, dab with yolk, decorate with figures. Bake in a moderately heated oven.
