Ingredients
# For the dough:
500 g flour
20 g fresh yeast
3 tbsp olive oil
pinch of brown sugar
pinch of salt
1 tbsp sour cream
200 ml lukewarm water
# For the filling:
2-3 chopped pickles
200 g chicken or ham
100 ml cooking cream
10 g granulated garlic
1 tbsp mayonnaise

Method
Flour is poured into a bowl and in the center is doing well. In another smaller bowl mix cold water, olive oil, sugar, salt, sour cream and yeast. Mix well. The resulting mixture is added to the flour and knead the dough. After rise, using the flour are rolled bases. Spread the mixture of cream, mayonnaise and garlic. The filling is distributed evenly over the base and rolled. Bake in preheated oven at 200C degrees about 25 minutes.
