200 g intestine
200 g liver
200 g lung
100 g Heart
100 g kidneys
100 g fat
salt, paprika
butter
Method
Plucks Clean and wash well. Strung on a long skewer lungs, kidneys and heart, previously cut into pieces according to the thickness of the spit. Add salt and on them are wound as spiral intestine and fat. Top cover with a paunch, tied with string and bake about 1 hour grill. Before serving, pour with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika.
