Poached eggs with onion

Ingredients
10 eggs
5 bunches of spring onions
50 g butter
1 bunch parsley
salt
Method
Onions are washed and cut into small pieces, then mixed with finely chopped parsley , distributed in five clay pots and stew with the addition of salt and 1 tbsp water. Fractures of lower egg - 2 in a pot, and if needed, add a little water. Dot and baked in the oven until lightly veiling the yolk of hardened egg white.
