2 cups (400 ml) Светъл basic sauce
1 onion
1 stalk leek
lemon juice
pepper
Method
To the basic sauce is added chopped, stewed in vegetable oil and rub through a sieve onion and leek. Sauce seasoned to taste with lemon juice and pepper.
