Pork chops with mushroom sauce - II type

Ingredients
5 steaks
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup sunflower oil
lemon juice
# For the sauce:
1/3 cup flour
1 cup sterilized mushrooms
30 g butter
pepper, salt

Method
Chops are crushed, sprinkle with lemon juice, pepper and salt. Dip in flour and fry in preheated oil. After Strain, it stew and mushrooms. Add flour and lightly fry, pour water gradually until a sauce with a desired density, which was boiled for 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat and taste with pepper, salt and butter. Steaks are covered with this sauce and serve immediately with mashed potatoes or boiled rice.
