Ingredients
800 g pork loin
2 tbsp mustard
pinch of pepper
1 tbsp (10 ml) sunflower oil
500 g water onion
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) white wine
250 g tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
Method
The meat is washed, dried and coated on all sides with a mixture of mustard and black pepper (part of the mixture is maintained).
