Pork with potatoes and mushrooms in the oven

Ingredients
1 kg pork (diced)
500 g mushrooms
200 g potatoes
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
200 ml white wine
2 carrots
250 g cheese
pepper, paprika, oregano, 1 tbsp Pikantina

Method
Pork cut into pieces, mushrooms washed and coarsely chopped. Onions cut into crescent slices carrots, potato cubes (as moussaka) and the garlic is crushed. Everything is put into a deep pan and add the spices, wine and water. Cover with foil and pricked with a needle for steam to escape. Then bake at 180C, about 80 minutes, check whether they are prepared potatoes and meat. When everything is ready, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake on top.
