Pork ribs with glaze

Ingredients
1.5 kg pork ribs
3 cloves garlic
2 red chillies
pepper
2 tsp paprika
4 tbsp olive oil
# For glaze:
zest of 1 orange
juice of 1 orange
zest of 1 lime
lime juice 1
2 tbsp honey
Method
The oven is heated to 180 C. The garlic and hot peppers cut into small pieces. Spices mixed in a glass bowl with the olive oil. The ribs are placed in fireproof pan and pour in the mixture. Tray, cover with a lid or foil and bake 20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze. All products were combined and mixed thoroughly. Ribs are removed and smeared with honey mixture. Tray again returned to the oven and bake another 25 minutes, periodically watered with honey mixture.
