Pork with spinach and cream to the pan

Ingredients
600 g boneless pork
300 g of spinach (6 cubes milled frozen)
1 stalk leek
3 sticks celery
1 cup white wine
1 clove garlic
125 ml cream
1 cup yogurt
1 egg
pepper
little olive oil

Method
Slice the meat and fry it in olive oil until browned. Add the wine and stew under the lid about 20 minutes to stay still fat. Chopped celery, leeks and garlic and add to the meat. Fry 2 minutes and add 2 cups spinach water. Again stew under the lid for 20 minutes. Add the cream and pepper. When boiling add the egg broken with yogurt. Turn off the heat and leave five minutes under the lid.
