Ingredients
1.5 kg meat
smoked or salted salo
1-2 carrots
1 slice celery
2-3 root parsley
1 onion
1 bay leaf
15-20 peppercorns
1 / 2 cup wine
Method
The meat is shpikova with pieces of smoked or salted salo and put it to fry 3/4 cup sunflower oil, as it turn to evenly browned. Then add 1-2 carrots, 1 slice celery, 2-3 parsley roots and 1 onion, chopped, and also fry them. Pour 2 cups hot water and drop 1 bay leaf and peppercorns 15-20. Cook the meat on medium heat. When almost ready, add 1/2 cup wine. Remove the meat to a plate and cut with a sharp knife slices. Each portion place 2-3 slices and sauce with vegetables.
