Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
3 bay leaves
5 grains allspice
15 grains of pepper
salt
2 cloves garlic (whole)
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
# For the roux:
4 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
Peeled and cut into large cubes potatoes are covered with water, enough to cover, add spices and cook on slow fire. Drain from the water, remove the spices and still hot pour hot roux.
