Potato pie with corn

Ingredients
200 g mashed potato powder
1 yolk
2-3 pinches nutmeg
1-2 pinches of paprika
200 g of canned corn
2-3 canned tomatoes
pepper 1
1 onion
30 g butter
1 vegetable stock cube
1 tsp thyme

Method
Mashed potato powder prepared according to package directions and flavored with nutmeg. In hot butter for a minute fry the chopped onions. Add chopped pepper and 2-3 tbsp water. Mix and crushed bouillon cube. Season with thyme. Boil for 2-3 minutes, add chopped tomatoes and drained corn and stirred. Stuffing simmer. With half of the prepared mashed potatoes covered the bottom of a buttered and sprinkled with bread crumbs thoroughly pan pie. Smoothes out the top pour cooled stuffing. The remaining mashed potatoes are injected into appropriate forms on the surface. Smeared with beaten yolk. Can be sprinkled with grated cheese. Bake until browned at 220 S.

I did my mashed potatoes, and not have such powder. I added him some cheese and cheese. Corn instead to put a little pepper broccoli. Me and daughter we like. My husband does not approve it (if I waitressed as a side dish to meat, maybe ... :).
