Potato salad with pickles

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
1 onion
3-4 pickles
3 tbsp sunflower oil
2-3 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
pepper
salt

Method
Cook potatoes, peel and cut into slices or cubes. Add salt and pepper. Add chopped onion, the oil, vinegar and chopped pickles. Salad mix well and let stand for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator. Before serving can decorate with boiled eggs, parsley and olives.

I made a recipe, I added olives and parsley and a little lemon juice. Wonderful salad. I had egg in the fridge, and put on a sausage, cut into rings.

made for it this salad, but I put onions and sauce made of 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons yogurt, 1 tsp sauce with mustard (Vienna sauce, maybe only mustard), black pepper, salt, lemon juice and olive oil - all ingredients smashed a blender, pour the salad! Top added a few olives and 2 boiled eggs, sliced! Awesome!

In the process of arranging the salad, I decided to Grate one egg in the salad and the other to cut the top of the quarters. In the salad and put sprigs of dill 2 :)
