Potatoes baked with feta cheese and sauce

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
1/2 bunch parsley
200 g feta cheese
3-4 tomatoes
100 ml cooking cream
20 ml sunflower oil
Method
Peel the potatoes and dicing. In an oily deep dish with the oil ranks a row potatoes, tomatoes also of washers, the feta cheese grated and sprinkled with parsley. Repeat this a few times and finally finish line with potatoes. Pour beaten in 250 ml warm water cream and bake in a moderate oven.

To make the dish faster is recommended prior to boil fries. Not be boiled. Otherwise, the recipe is great!
