Potatoes with cream

1.5 kg potatoes
2 chicken legs (whole)
500 g mushrooms
250 g cheese
200 ml cream for cooking
salt, pepper
sunflower oil

Peel the potatoes and cut medium-sized cubes are cooked until almost. The legs are cooked. Mushrooms cut in large pieces and fry together with ragged pieces of chicken. Boil the potatoes drain and arrange in a baking pan and pour the mixture on top of the mushrooms and chicken. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Bake until golden brown potatoes, pour the cream, mix well and grate the cheese. Returns tray in the oven until the cheese is melted. Serve warm.

This baked dishes I've eaten and notvery tasty, but it seems to me that the chicken will come much this triple cooked - once boil, then fry with mushrooms and finally bake, I would probably missed boiling.

brew because it can be bone either if, for example using chicken will not have cooking :)

Yeah, right, I oponyakoga play and boning leg while raw, but definitely with fillet is much easier.
