Potatoes with feta cheese oven

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
600 ml milk
250 g feta cheese
60 g butter
1 egg
1/2 clove garlic
nutmeg
pepper
salt
Method
Peel potatoes are cut into thin slices, mixed with boiled milk, half the grated feta cheese, beaten egg, salt and spices, the mixture is placed in a suitable pan, greased with garlic and butter, sprinkle with grated feta cheese and add pieces of butter . Bake in a moderate oven.

Much better would be if the potatoes are boiled in advance.

This recipe happens but really with precooked potatoes becomes easier, not more frustrating etc. Like us!

It was very tasty. Pre-boiled potatoes and finally put a little grated cheese. Mmm ... delicious.
