Potatoes with tomato sauce

Ingredients
600 g small potatoes
4 tomatoes
sunflower oil
spices
salt
parsley
1/2 tsp savory
pinch of cumin

Method
Cook potatoes unpeeled. Peel and fry the whole 5 minutes. Add grated tomatoes and simmer until the dish remains almost entirely fat. Seasoned with savory, cumin and parsley. Chips are great for furniture, and main dish dusted with feta cheese.
