3 egg whites
250 g walnuts
250 g of powdered sugar

Method
The walnuts is ground and mixed with spices. Yolks and sugar is broken down to produce a light foam, add the beaten egg whites and ground walnuts. Pour the mixture into a greased with butter form (filled only to 3/4 of its capacity, as the pudding will increase the volume), cover with greased with butter parchment paper Cover with a lid and boil in water bath for one hour. Othlupva pudding is finished, leave to cool and serve with whipped cream. From the same dough can be made pudding, baked in the oven in a water bath.
