Ingredients
1.5 kg pumpkin
200 g feta cheese
5-6 tbsp sunflower oil or butter
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Method
Clean and peeled pumpkin grate in large pieces grater. Add crumbled feta cheese and salt. Mix and pour into a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs tray. Smoothed and pour the fat. Bake until soft. Pour in beaten eggs with milk and bake again slightly.
