Ingredients
1 kg pumpkin (white or violin)
sugar to taste
2-3 vanilla
1 cup ground walnuts
1 cup milk

Method
Pumpkin Peel and cut into cubes and boil with water enough to cover it. As the water is evaporated by half add the milk, sugar and vanilla and boil until cooked. After cooling somewhat, and add passaged the walnuts. Can be served in a cup of cream and add a little cream and sprinkled with cinnamon.
