Ingredients
# For the mixture:
6 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
5 tbsp sunflower oil
2 and 1/2 cup flour
10 g baking powder
1 vanilla
# For the syrup:
2 cup sugar
5 cups water
1 vanilla
Method
For mixture: First beat eggs with sugar, then add the oil and stir 1 minute more. Then add 1 cup flour with baking powder and broken, then add the rest of flour (1 1/2 cups) along with vanilla and whip the mixture well. Once you are ready Pour the mixture into a greased pan with sunflower oil and bake at 200C degrees. For the syrup: In a small saucepan put water, sugar and vanilla. Then put it on the stove and bring to the boil remove it. Finally pour the cake with the syrup and cut it. Then you can present it with any fruit or cream.
