Rice with pepper

2-3 peeled roasted peppers
1 cup rice (130 g rice)
5-6 tbsp sunflower oil
1 bouillon cube
3 cups water

Peeled roasted peppers cut into in small pieces. Put them in the pan, greased with the oil. Put it in the preheated oven for about ten minutes until the oil is hotter. 1 cup rice is cleaned and washed and added to the tray with chopped peppers, and add 3 cups water. Puts and one crushed broth (usually use chicken or vegetable broth). Occasionally stir. The dish is ready when the water has evaporated and the rice is tender. Can be sprinkled with pepper. Fits suite and a main dish.
