Ingredients
1.5 kg beef (tenderloin or boneless meat)
330 ml Coca-Cola
1 packet of dry onion soup or spices of your choice
Method
The meat is placed in a tray. Sprinkle top with spices. Pour cola and cover with aluminum foil. Bake 3-4 hours at 150 C until tender.
