Ingredients
1.5 kg lean pork (piece)
2 liter dark beer
7-8 cloves garlic
1 yolk
1 tsp ground ginger

Method
Meat washed, dried and rubbed with salt and pepper. Using a sharp knife, make deep cuts and in them sliced ​​garlic cloves needles. Put it in a saucepan, pour 1.5 liters of dark beer, cover with a lid and leave for about two hours. Then removed and transferred to a deep tray, which are poured 1.2 cm beer. The meat is placed in a very hot oven and bake 15 minutes. Reduce the temperature to medium and continue cooking for another hour and a half, the meat often pour the remaining beer.
