Ingredients
4 chicken breast (125 g each)
2 tbsp liquid honey
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice or orange juice
salt
3-4 g freshly ground black pepper
2-3 pinches of white pepper
1 tsp grated lemon peel

Method
Breasts are washed and dried. Top incisions in the form of a cross, careful not to broach. Honey, soy sauce, lemon peel, white pepper, lemon juice, salt and pepper mix. With so prepared mixture is smeared chest and placed on the grill. After 10 minutes, inverted and re-coated with the mixture. 10 more minutes and serve with rice or another side dish of your choice.
