2 tomatoes
300 g potatoes
150 g feta cheese
2 garlic cloves

120 ml cooking cream
2 tbsp parsley

Eggplant cut into slices, but not until the end, so that the bottom can remain intact. Add salt and leave to drain the bitterness. Peel tomatoes and cut into slices. Eggplants washed and put in a pan with slices up. Press the garlic and stir in 2 tbsp sunflower oil. This mixture is smeared eggplants.
