Roasted fish with olives

Ingredients
2 large mackerel
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1/3 cup white wine
3 tomatoes
200 g black olives
1 tsp oregano
salt
pepper
nakolko parsley

Method
Fish, cleaned, filleted and seasoned with salt and pepper, baked on BBQ. In heated pan put the oil for a minute fry the finely cut onions, add chopped garlic, fry for 20 seconds and diluted wine. Peeled tomatoes cut into cubes and add to the sauce. Add free of stones and olives flavored with spices. Fillets are arranged in a buttered baking dish and pour the sauce. CRISP is 15-20 minutes in preheated 200 ° C oven. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley or dill.
