Roll of fresh cabbage

Ingredients
1 cabbage (about 600 g)
500 g minced meat
2 onions
200 g spinach
3 large carrots
2 eggs
salt, pepper, basil
# For the sauce:
200 g ketchup
mayonnaise 100 g

Method
The leaves of the cabbage were separated and cleaned from the fibers. Steamed in salted water for 10 minutes. Boil the carrots and blend. Spinach is cleaned and withering. Minced meat, eggs, onions and spices steamed with a little fat. Form cake thoroughly smeared with oil and affixes cabbage leaves, so that they hang out the form. Products line the following way on cabbage leaves - minced meat, carrots, spinach, minced meat. Dish add salt and sprinkle with basil. The leaves of the cabbage are folded on top, so nice to turn the dish. Watered with melted butter and bake 40 minutes at 200 C. mayonnaise and ketchup mixed. Before serving, roll turns on a tray and pour the sauce.

It'll probably be the winter and leaves of sauerkraut. I even think that would be nice! Will try!

Very nice combination of colors and I am fully confident - delicious. I too tried in winter with sauerkraut. Spinach can be replaced with canned salt bush.
