Roll with raspberry jam

Ingredients
# For the base:
9 tbsp sunflower oil
9 tbsp sugar
9 tbsp flour
4 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
jam raspberries spreads between the bases
# For the glaze:
100 g sweet cream
3 tbsp sugar
1 vanilla
of your choice, you can put different kinds of essences (rum, brandy, lemon)

Method
All products for the base mix and mix until homogeneous. In a baking dish with cut cutter of baking paper or newspaper, greased with sunflower oil and sprinkled with flour pour the mixture. Bake for 10 minutes. When ready put in a damp cloth for 2-3 minutes. Then coated with a sweet and rolled up. Beat with a mixer cream, sugar and vanilla (essences) and brush roll on all sides. Optional add decoration (sugar or chocolate bars, fruit or cookies).
