Rolls with butter cream and fried peanuts

Ingredients
# For the base:
60 g of powdered sugar
10 tbsp flour
1 tsp sunflower oil
4 eggs
# For the cream:
150 g butter
200 g of powdered sugar
2 tbsp flour
400 ml milk
50 g fried peanuts

Method
Eggs and sugar is broken down to graying. Add the oil, mix and then add the flour. Mix and pour into a rectangular baking dish, covered with paper towels. Bake in a moderate oven. Baked base is rolled while still hot and rolls with a damp cloth. The cream is cooked in a pan put 200 ml milk to a boil, and the other 200 ml added sugar and flour. Once the milk boils pour the mixture with flour, milk and sugar. Stir until thickened. Pour the softened butter and mixed vigorously. Then put for a further 1-2 minutes of the fire in order to take the butter cream. The base develops, smeared with cream, add half crushed fried peanuts and screw back, smeared and top with cream. Other peanuts and halve them decorate roll.

Because I do not like peanuts, I would replace them with almonds or walnuts, maybe with shamfastak.

zuzkoto can replace them all. Walnuts, almonds, cashews ... everything will be delicious :)
