Rolls with cheese

Ingredients
2 cups (400 g) crumbled sheep cheese
1 cup (200 ml) milk
3 tbsp (60 g) butter
1 tsp (5 g) tomato paste
pepper
Method
The feta cheese soak for several hours in milk, then was ground in a colander and mix with beaten cream butter, tomato paste, pepper and some milk. Form a roll or pack and leave the cold to harden. Cut into rounds or slices and served in a dish or on bread slices.
