400 g white meat
40 g leek
1 lemon
300 g potatoes
100 g mayonnaise
1 tbsp vegetable oil
5 g ground pepper
pinch of salt

2 mandarins

Method
Cut the meat into cubes. Cook potatoes, peel and cut into cubes also. Leeks are cut and stew in vegetable oil. Mix potatoes with chicken and leeks. Add pepper and mayonnaise. Stir carefully to not become mushy, add the juice of freshly squeezed lemon, pepper and salt. The salad is divided into four portions, which are placed in quarters pineapple. Arranged with mandarins.
