Salad with peeled sunflower

Ingredients
3 large carrots
2 large oranges
150 g peeled sunflower
# For the dressing:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt
# For garnish:
1 green salad (lettuce)

Method
Carrots grated. The rind of one orange also grate and oranges without 2-3 pieces are cleared from the skins and cut into small pieces. Products are poured on salad decorated with lettuce leaves, add peeled sunflower and pour dressing shattered. Top garnish with orange slices.
